Privacy

ClickToBlue, LLC ("C2B") is an online advertising network and respects the privacy of individuals that use our services either directly (as a publisher or advertiser) or indirectly (as an end-user).

Data Collection and Usage

C2B does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) about you such as your name, address, email address, or phone number that is not otherwise publically available, except when in your capacity as a publisher or advertiser, you specifically and knowingly provide such information. With each advertising impression served, C2B collects information such as the time of day, URL visited, browser type, browser language, and IP address. This information is used to generate contextually relevant ads for the URL visited.

Cookies

Cookies are small packets of data stored in the cookie directory of that user's hard drive. A cookie identifies you as a unique, anonymous user but does not collect nor transmit any PII. C2B uses cookies to authenticate and keep track of user sessions and to measure the number of unique views of a particular ad Additionally, C2B uses cookies to prevent users from being shown the same ad multiple times. Users can adjust their browser's settings to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set.

Information Sharing

C2B may share aggregate information with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties that does not contain any PII. We will not share any information that is personally identifiable of you with any third party without your express consent unless we are required to do so in order to comply with any legal process such as search warrant, subpoena, statue, or court order.

Consent, Notice, and Changes

By using the C2B network directly or indirectly, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our privacy policy. We may occasionally update this privacy policy. If changes are made, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so that you are aware of how we use any information collected and under what circumstances, if any, we will disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this statement at any time. You also agree that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us with regard to the purpose for which the data was collected, the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the data, and how that third party can access and rectify the data held about them.
