ClicktoBlue's publishing partners enter into an agreement allowing us to sell advertisements on their websites. By teaming up with the ClickToBlue network, you will earn more revenue from your site (up to 60%!), be supported by our customer service and marketing efforts, and become a valuable member of a group of likeminded progressive publishers.

We will in turn represent your website to advertising clients, serve relevant advertising content on your site, and handle all of the details related to selling, billing, and collections. We aim to make your life easier so that you can focus on your editorial efforts. You will be able to log in to your control panel, track your traffic, see your share of advertising revenue in real time, and request your payout check whenever you are ready.

Program Details

We promote transparency and disclose upfront how our program works. We take a cut of the revenue from the advertisements we sell on your website in order to support our sales and marketing efforts. After joining our network, you will be able to track which campaigns are running on your site, see how many ads you've served, see the average CPM rate for your site, and know how much you've earned.

We give you the flexibility to decide which program will work best for you. If you sign on to ClickToBlue for a longer term, and allow us to be your exclusive advertising reseller, you will receive a higher percentage of the advertising revenue sold on your site:

Earn Cash for Referrals

We want ClickToBlue to become not only the best, but also the largest progressive online advertising network so that we can command higher CPMs from our advertising partners and pass that extra cash on to our members. Beyond earning our thanks, our members also earn referral fees for recommending new publishers.

For every new publisher who joins the ClickToBlue network, the member who referred them will be credited with 30% of ClickToBlue's cut of the revenue we receive from selling ads on that site for the first six months that the new publisher is a member. All you have to do to receive the fee is make sure that the new applicant indicates your referral when they submit their application to join.

Requirements to Join

At ClickToBlue we recognize that some progressive sites are highly focused with smaller audiences, yet are massively influential. We also recognize that some larger sites with broader audiences sometimes cover a wide variety of topics and see their traffic ebb and flow depending on the issues that they cover. For this reason, we evaluate each application to join our network on a case by case basis. We look for commitments to original content, dedication to progressive causes, and a reach to an audience of decision makers. This is our long way of saying: we're not like other networks, and we won't disqualify you because of a low traffic number.

With that in mind, to earn the highest advertising rates for our members, we are continually striving to build the highest quality progressive advertising network on the web. To do that, we ask that our publishers are able to meet the following criteria:

• Publishers' sites must be hosted at top level domains
• All sites must contain original content (i.e., no copied, mirrored sites, affiliate or referral sites)
• Our publishers must come by their traffic honestly (i.e., no robots, auto-spawning browsers, auto reloading, etc.)
• Sites must generally have clean and professional designs
• Content must be related to progressive issues
• Any promotion that you do must be non-intrusive (i.e., no un-solicited bulk commercial emailing, bot IM postings, etc.)
• Sites must not contain consistently offensive or decidedly adult material
